Major energy distribution client with a need to develop standards and procedures to support their infrastructure repairs .

Business Issue

Client was unable to find a qualified vendor to establish appropriate methods, standards and procedures to enable their repairs to be completed on-time. Penalties for late or incomplete repairs were severe monetary penalties from a governing authority. The client had approximately 30 locations per day that required a rotating 8-hour shift of labor to survey each site.

Benjamin Enterprises provided job mapping of each critical milestone within the work process, resulting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures. Work orders were received through our technology interface and our workforce was dispatched as per requirements. Street-level intelligence was communicated to our client through our technology interface, which allowed for the client to strategically dispatch their repair crews in a timely manner. Our custom designed reports were disseminated through our technology portal every 2-hours, which provided our client with the street-level intelligence needed to make critical management and deployment decisions.
