Position Objective:

A valet parking attendant is responsible for parking vehicles, vehicle retrieval and customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Promptly greet customers for arrival & departure
  • Thoroughly complete valet claim including vehicle damage check
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license without any moving violations for prior three years
  • Must be capable of driving both auto and manual transmissions
  • Safely drive & park customer vehicles
  • High school diploma or GED required with at least one year experience
  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Good verbal and oral communication
  • Good problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Must be detail-oriented and a hard worker
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary

Position Objective:

The Field Operations Manager will lead the Operations Team in accordance with the managed services business expansion plan and overall growth strategy of the Company. The Director will assume full responsibility for overseeing on-site staff and operations to ensure the delivery strategy and team alignment to build a strong and sustainable managed services operation. This position also ensures that the Core Values of the Company are fulfilled within the context of a service environment, and that all aspects of BEI’s services and work sites are at a high level of excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations or Project Management or other related field
  • 10 years experience in a managed services operations environment with particular emphasis on labor services utilization
  • 5 years of operations leadership in a service environment
  • Experience leading and managing people to achieve superior customer service results
  • Experience with new contract implementation processes
  • Experience designing processes to improve customer service results
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and technical problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others, deliver results, make an immediate impact, and manage by fact
  • Provide support to 24/7 field managers and the entire organization
  • Must be able to use a full range of Microsoft office software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint to develop documents and presentations
  • Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports, mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
  • Travel as required (approximately 90%)
