The recent ACE award was presented to Fabian Corly. Fabian was hired by Benjamin Enterprises in June of 2011 as an unarmed Security Guard.
Fabian was nominated on the premise of his flexibility, response, and availability for emergency situations while maintaining a 100% attendance record. Fabian’s commitment to Benjamin Enterprises and his career growth within the organization sets a leading example for other Benjamin Enterprises employees.

Marijane has over 18 years of experience administering adult educational programs. Her experience includes development and delivery of web-based and traditional educational programs, customized on-site training solutions for business and curriculum development. Additionally, she integrated vocational education for the disabled and advanced performance monitoring and assessment. Marijane is an accomplished policy maker and was instrumental in the implementation of state and federal program procedures for educational programs. She managed training vendors as well as developed effective educational marketing programs.
Marijane has joined Benjamin Enterprises as the Training Director of Benjamin Learning Systems. As the Training Director, she will be developing programs to expand the training institute. The focus will be on providing customized training solutions, while advancing sustained employment with a dedication to continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
Marijane believes, “learning cannot only change your circumstances it will often change your perspective. It is always worth the effort to invest in yourself by continually learning new skills.”

Tim is a proven revenue producer with more than a decade of Managed Services solution sales and business development expertise, built on a foundation of twenty years of supply chain, logistics, strategic sourcing, professional services management and business process optimization experience with globally recognized companies.
Tim joined Benjamin Enterprises (BE) in June, 2011 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, responsible for setting the strategic direction for the expansion of the company’s Managed Services solutions into new national markets.
He joined Sony Electronics in 2001, where his activities focused on the creation of revenue-generating internet sales venues and managed services solutions that incorporated “smart” devices and software applications based on RFID, NFC and wireless technologies. These services enabled the remote management of client infrastructure such as in-store digital signage and intelligent way-finding, persistent connectivity for data management and content provision, enhanced customer experiences through interactive signage and kiosks delivering value propositions such as coupons, and the virtualization of value delivery through mobile devices and social networks.

This September brought a new set of faces and talent to the Benjamin executive team. Not only did the Sales Executive and Operations Director of Managed Services come on board, but the Senior Director of Marketing joined us too. Barbara Ela joined Benjamin Enterprises with enthusiasm and a great desire toward her challenges to come. Benjamin Enterprises is fortunate to augment its strong marketing team with Barb.
She is an experienced creative marketer with a long history of experiences in marketing with Sony Professional. Barb was a pioneer in introducing groundbreaking technologies in the US market – Compact Disc and most recently 3D Digital Cinema in theatres. In addition to her longtime passion in marketing, Barb is active in her community devoting many years to the welfare of animals, animal rescue, animal adoption activities, and green initiatives.

Benjamin Enterprises has recognized Laurel Haswell – receptionist /office support for her hard work in acquiring NY State certification for TrainEase International Inc. training school. Michelle Benjamin said, “Laurel is a great asset to the company, as she provides support for each department.
Laurel’s most recent accomplishment was to develop criteria and curriculum in order for TrainEase International Inc’s training school to receive official certification for the Unarmed Security Guard Training program.” She was presented with a certificate of appreciation to reward her dedication and hard work in this endeavor over the past nine months. Michelle added, “Laurel has gone above and beyond for every member of the Benjamin Team increasing the company’s bandwidth and her skill set.”
