What We Have Accomplished in 2011
As the end of 2011 approaches, I have been thinking about our accomplishments. In retrospect, what strikes me most is how we accelerated the changes necessary to refine our message and transform ideas into actions.
This was the year that, despite dismal economic conditions, we made the strategic investments in people, processes and technology to begin 2012 with a laser-like focus on the needs of our customers – current and new.
This was the year that we aligned our messaging with our real-world experience to reflect the fact that we are a value added Workforce Solutions Provider.
Yes, it was a challenging year, which for us meant growing our capabilities to be positioned to serve new markets. Our commitment to listening to our customers resulted in the development of eLearning programs that dramatically extend our traditional classroom-based training into the workspaces and homes of employers seeking better qualified people, and people who want to step up to improving themselves.
2011 was, for us, a year to build and prepare. I believe that this effort will make a positive difference to you, too, in the New Year ahead.
